What do you do on a day-to-day basis in your role with

I reach out to current and perspective customers by both phone and email to make sure that they understand the benefits and value they get when posting jobs with us and I drink a lot of coffee.

What do you enjoy about working with

The people I work with are amazing and make coming into work each day a breeze. Being a small part of helping people reach their potential in their chosen careers is a great feeling.

What advice would you give to employers using for the first time?

Make sure that your ad has enough information about what your company does, what the role entails and what you are offering your potential employee. The more information you can give a job seeker about what the job involves and what is expected the more informed applicants you will get.

What are you most looking forward to in your role with

I hope to surpass all of my sales goals and put a smile on people’s faces while I do it.

Chris McLoughlin AgCareers.comIn your spare time, what do you like to do on the weekends?

I like going to live theatre and festivals on the weekends and I try to volunteer once a month at a charity event of some kind. This past weekend I volunteered at Taste of Guelph which helps raise funds for St. Joe’s Hospital.

What’s your favorite snack and name one thing you can’t live without while working?

In my desk I have Sour Patch Kids and Macadamia nuts that I won for having the loudest Hawaii shirt at a staff BBQ this Summer. I have to have my fan going beside me at my desk all day long. I like to pretend that I’m at the beach (just kidding).

Favorite book and favorite movie?

Give me a good murder mystery novel, and I go for the old Hollywood classics for movies every time!
